Memory Lane

It's a rare thing to find a good friend. I met my good friend as a young gymnasts (she was actually my coach). It seems strange sometimes that an 8 year old and an 18 year old would one day find themselves such close friends, but it happened. Our friendship as seen a lot of stages. From gymnast/coach, to teenager needing an older sister figure to help her through those hard years, to close friends, to each others go to person to help out no matter what the situation is. I feel lucky to have met someone and stayed friends with that person for so many years now. I've seen all her babies grow up (not that they are done growing, but wow they have come along way). I mean her youngest is 6 today! She has seen me date all sorts of people till I found Kevin. She has seen me go through ups and down, she has seen me get married, have my first baby, make crazy across country moves and so on. And we've done our fair share of crying and laughing.
Speaking of sharing. Like any good friend (especially one that has kids older than mine) she has shared her kids clothes with me as they have out grown them. One such item is a Blue's Clues outfit. Her son Bailey wore it (as it has BW on the tag), Lathen wore it and now Kiera! Even though the outfit says 3T! I originally tried to put it on Lathen the other night and it was WAY too small. So I thought "wonder if this fits Kiera?" And it did! ha! My little girl, not even 2 yet and she is wearing a 3T! I thought my friend might enjoy a picture of Kiera wearing what was once her babies PJ's.
