Surprise!

A few weeks back I got all sad and North-Carolina-sick. I was missing the berries, the garden, the canning, my nephew who was due and picking up my sister. Kevin tried to send me out, but I told him I was fine and I didn't want to go without taking the kids to play on the farm. Well, Sunday night Kevin came home set down on the couch with a big grin and said "Hear me out, I have an idea! Why don't you drive out to visit" I asked him if he was crazy! But with some coaxing I packed up and Monday morning the kids and I left for NC. 18 hours later we arrived at my parents house at 2am. They had no idea we were coming, so we snuck in and fell asleep on the floor. When my parents woke up they were more than surprised. My Dad said he thought he was dreaming. It was awesome. I have had so much fun surprise family. Sunday the kids and I drove to Kevin's parents and Lathen strolled right in like he owned the place. Leaving Kevin's parents shocked and screaming. So I have been doing everything that I was missing and we are having a blast!
