Just some old books, or are they...




I came across a blog post about how to make a secret compartment book and though, "Oh, that would be fun!" About a week later the high school where we live were throwing old books out so Kevin grabbed two. After some Mod Podge, cutting and a little wait time, viola secret compartment books!

The kids are really having a lot of fun with these. I can't remember the original blog where I first came across the idea, but if you google it you can find instruction on how to make your own. Some of the ones I saw got pretty fancy. We went for the faster-we-get-it-made-the-sooner-the-kids-can-play design.
