Christmas Eve fishing?!

Today was such a beautiful day we couldn't resist the chance to get out and enjoy the weather. Kevin has been promising to take Lathen fishing and what better day than today?! So we headed over to our local greenbelt with our poles and bait! We had so much fun. We caught catfish and had a blast watching the kids faces. Lathen thought it was cool to touch them, but Kiera wanted nothing to do with it! He loved touching them, handling his pole and putting a blade of grass in his mouth like Dad!She loved the pole and looking at the fish, but no touching for her! She also loves to say "oo bite, catch fishhh." Who knows, maybe we just found us a new family tradition?!!!
