Back in November our family wrote down things we were thankful for on leaf shaped paper and hung then on a tree branch that now hangs in our living room (see this post). For Valentine's Day the kids and I cut out heart shapes and wrote things we love about Kevin and hung them on our branch. When Kevin got home the kids were so excited for him to look at all the hearts and they started rattling off some of the things they had written! Some of my favorites were:
"I love Daddy because he is a good Daddy" -Lathen
"I love Daddy because he pretends to be a monster and scares me!" -Lathen
"Love Daddy tisses" -Kieralee
"Love Daddy make POP-corn" -Kieralee
Kevin was a wonderful Valentine! He cooked an amazing dinner, ran me a bath and put the kids to bed while I was in the tub. Then he rubbed my back and feet! It was great!

Aren't sensitive husbands great? It sounds like our husbands are from the same good stock. Chris gave me a foot rub two nights ago - when he was done, he hesitaed to ask, but he wanted one too. How fun. And a bath - can it get better?
