Lately we've been having these amazing storms with lots of rain. We've even had some nice down pours during the day. The kids have a new favorite thing to do, play in the rain. They love playing in the rain and then playing in the mud after a good rain. At first I wanted to say no because all I could think about was the mess I would have to clean up after they were done. Luckily that thought didn't last long because it's totally worth it!

That is so cute :) The series of photos reminds me of the comic strips of Calvin & Hobbes when they are jamming out--love it!
WOW! Good for you that the thought of the cleanup only lasted a moment. Though I'd love to say I would let Esther do that, I don't know that I could. On the other hand, there's no way Esther would want to get all muddy. She's a bit of a sissy when it comes to messes. She probably gets it from me. Dang it.
They have such attitude! Awesome :)
Wish it would rain here. The air is heavy and it's really hot but it's refusing to do more than spit at us. Ugh.
