Yesterday Lathen let out one of those screams that immediately let me know that he was hurt. Not just a quick bump kind of hurt but a serious hurt. He then screamed for Kieralee to open her door...I knew then that his finger had gotten smashed. His finger was immediately black and he immediately started to panic. It took him a while before he would calm down and he spent most of yesterday babying his finger. I can't say I blame him...

I've been there before. It's horrible! Did you ever go to the doctor or anything?I I learned too late how to get it instantly feeling better and ended up losing the nail for a while...
