This past Sunday we had the great privilege of blessing Heath at church. It is a practice in our church to bless newborn babies. It not only names the baby on the records of the church but it is a time for the baby to be blessed with attributes that will help them throughout their life. (Wikipedia has a pretty good discription of LDS baby blessings that you can read here)

Kevin blessed Heath with his dad, my dad, his brother Joseph and my brother Ammon in the circle. Heath's blessing was beautiful. He was blessed with some pretty wonderful things. I am so grateful for the gospel in our lives and the Priesthood that Kevin holds.
