Finishing up

These are the last of the pictures from my trip back east. My dad and I got a ton of corn from the garden, shucked it, silked it, blanched it, cut it from the cob and then froze it! This is one of the loads on the back of the truck...


The last few days of our visit NC was getting rain from what was left of hurricane Faye. The wet weather brought Kieralee's curls out!


The last thing we did before heading home was pick up Auntie Eva. We drove all the way up to West Virginia...early in the morning.






After we got back from picking up my sister the kids and I packed up and headed home. I just have to thank my husband for getting me to take this trip. Getting me out of the monotony of everyday life and into some cooler weather was a huge pick-me-up! Thanks Kevin! You're a terrific husband and I love you!
