Simple joys

I strongly believe that it is the simple joys in life that make it all worth living. Sometimes I find a joy in the simplest of ways, like checking the expiration date on sour cream at the store so see that it's my birthday :) I know that sounds dumb, but it made me smile.

It could be the simple joy in a cold rainy day that requires my family to stay inside, close together. Even though I love sunny days that allow our family to get out and play, I also welcome the rain and enjoy the days that make you want to curl up together.
