On Christmas Eve as tradition since before I was born, my dad's side of the family got together with Granny Piatt. My Granny is 87 years old now and her family has grown a lot over the years. Granny was an only child, she had two children. Each of her children had three children and now Granny has 11 great-grandchildren!!! Granny has been sick lately so we used a room at the health care building she is staying at right now as our gathering place. Cortney (my cousin Josh's wife) brought a parachute for the kids to play with and Gigi brought a big tote of blocks. We had a huge meal and then watched the kids play. It was awesome! One of my favorite parts (one of many) was listening to Kieralee and her older cousin Raelyn talk about dance class. (They both take dance) They talked about the color of their leotards and their tights, it was really cute. They were acting like two adults sitting there!
