Our really good friends made the long drive from MI to NC to visit. They ended up staying with us through New Years and let me tell you we had a blast!!! They got a Wii for Christmas and brought it for all of us to enjoy. It was so much fun! (I'm glad I'm poor because if I could afford one I would buy it and waste all my time playing!) I found out a few things about myself while playing Wii. First of all I learned that in fact a 10 year old boy can beat me in Wii tennis over and over and over again. I also learned that I'm pretty dang good at bowling but that my real skills are in boxing. That's right, boxing! I beat my brother, twice. Then I took on my husband and beat him not once, not twice but THREE times in a row!!! And I finally got my revenge on the unbeatable tennis player and schooled him in boxing. Yes I just bragged about beating a 10 year old in Wii boxing, but dang it he was good! And finally the weather broke and the horribly cold, strong wind stopped and we were able to get outside for a bit. Kym had her five dogs and we had Jade and we all went for a walk, it was fun!
