Discovering new parks

Today the kids and I went to a park we had not been to before. It was a cute little park, tucked away on a side road. It had a pavilion with some picnic tables, an adorable playground and a huge field to run in. When we first got there I was bummed because it didn't have swings. Then I got totally excited because it didn't have swings (no pushing for me!). I even brought our bubble machine for extra fun. The kids had a blast and I even joined them for a game of tag!


Kieralee was so proud that she could walk on these without falling, big girl!



One happy boy.


I have to say that I love the way my kids chase bubbles, so differently. Kieralee chases bubbles happily while saying "Bubbles!" Lathen chases or rather he attacks bubbles as if they are bad-guys. He uses all his karate moves!






Lathen also pretended to go fishing.
