Bonjour Butterfly

Have you read Fancy Nancy? We love her here at our house. I mean who wouldn't love a wild, young girl with a larger than life personality, who adores all things fancy and has red hair???

Of course butterflies are fancy and so is French. So it is only logical that butterflies understand French and that is why Nancy tells butterflies "Bonjour" when we sees them! That has stuck here at our house as well. Kieralee loves butterflies and when she sees one, she tells it bonjour!

For Halloween this year Kieralee was going to be a butterfly. That is before she got sick and didn't get to dress up; didn't want to actually. But now that she feels better she is enjoying the wings from her costume. The other day in the backyard she played with them on and pretended to fly all over the place. Whether swinging, riding on my back or playing airplane, she was flying!
